The key accountabilities of the Construction Manager position are as follows:

- Primary accountability for the safe execution of construction work on the site meeting both internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Manage the construction activities meeting the requirements as outlined in the construction contracts including scope management, budget, schedule and quality.
- Provide leadership and work with contractors in a collaborative manner to develop detailed work plans to safely execute work with high productivity
- Performing QA/QC inspections on completed work to ensure it meets our client's requirements.
- Monitor the schedule and productivity of work and work constructively to drive improvements.

Work collaboratively with operations personnel to coordinate work on the site and resolve any issues and barriers.
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a construction manager or general superintendent is required
- Trade background complete with journeyperson status in either a mechanical or electrical/instrumentation trade
- Previous experience in a brownfield construction environment is required
- Previous experience at a nuclear facility preferred
- Supervisor training and certification
- Proficient computer skills required
