**The Job**:

- Project Documentation and Communication:

- Help whip up project plans, schedules, and progress reports that would make any spreadsheet wizard proud.
- Be the communication superhero, ensuring everyone stays in the loop and information flows like a smooth jam.
- Keep project records shipshape and accessible, so we're always one step ahead of the game.
- Be the conductor of project activities, from setting up meetings to tagging along on site visits and inspections.
- Collaborate with our incredible network of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to make sure everything arrives on time, like clockwork.
- Keep an eagle eye on project schedules, catching any hiccups and alerting the Project Manager faster than a speeding bullet.
- Be the master of calendars, making sure our Project Manager is always in the right place at the right time.
- Dive into the exciting world of project budgets and expense reports, helping us stay on track and within the financial zone.
- Tackle those everyday administrative tasks like a pro, from organizing files to rocking data entry and correspondence.

**What we need from you**:

- You've got the high school diploma or equivalent to show you've got what it takes. _Bonus points if you have certifications or extra education in construction management._
- Bring on your previous experience in an assistant or administrative role, especially in the construction world. **Show us what you've got**:

- You're a master of organization and can juggle tasks like a circus performer without breaking a sweat.
- Your communication skills are top-notch both in English and in French, making you the ultimate team player and information maestro.
