Green and Clean Home Solutions is currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as residential window and eavestrough cleaners. **Responsibilities**:

- Completing home maintenance and improvement projects, focused on interior and exterior residential window and eavestrough cleaning.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our high-profile clients and their networks.
- Working closely with team members to ensure project efficiency and satisfaction.
- Adhering to safety protocols when working with ladders and at heights.
- Learning how to complete residential painting in the winter months or transitioning to a sales/admin role (where available).
- Attention to Detail (Read until the end)

**Compensation**:

- Team members will start at an hourly rate of $21/ project hour with higher automatic bonuses for increased efficiency during projects. After successful completion of three months hourly pay, team members will have the option to transfer to a salary and benefits program.
- Mini Crew Leaders will start at an hourly rate of $24/ project hour with higher automatic bonuses for increased efficiency during projects. After successful completion of three months hourly pay, team leaders will have the option to transfer to a salary and benefits program, and potentially receive a company vehicle.
- All teams will have accessibility to commission and bonus incentives for high level performance, customer service, referrals, marketing efforts etc.

**Requirements**:

- Two Years of professional contracting experience is highly recommended.
- Safety certificates such as WHMIS and Working at Heights are recommended, however not required.
- Comfortable working with extension/combo ladders and heights.
- Ability to carry/move ladders, and other heavy equipment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Team-oriented and growth mindset.
- Full-time vehicle **(REQUIRED FOR CREW LEADER) (HIGHLY RECCOMENDED FOR CREW MEMBER)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
