IT Analyst

**A day in the life of an IT Analsyt**:

- You will provide support to the credit union's IT infrastructure and serves as a back-up for the Supervisor IT Service & Support, acting as a change champion for IT initiatives with impacted stakeholders
- You will be responsible for maintaining the IT network including Microsoft servers and Cloud offerings completing/escalating day to day proactive and reactive work while supporting the overall I.T. infrastructure with assigned tasks and projects
- You will identify and understand technical challenges, implications of certain decisions and make educated trade-offs in terms of complexity, depth, or even timelines with your team
- You will monitor system logs and activity on all network solutions and installed solutions for availability, utilization, throughput and/or latency
- You will store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements
- You will gather requirements and recommend solutions that best suit the needs of the organization
- You will identify priority of incoming work and triage to the rest of the IT team
- You will provide world class support while maintaining documentation

**What you bring to the table**:

- Formal post-secondary education in the field of Information Technology
- Minimum two - five years' experience in Information Technology

- Pay range for this position is $57,268.76 - $70,053.85 annually. Pay is based on skills and experience._
