Exit Abbotsford is looking for one eager, friendly, Customer Service Representative

This position is for mandatory weekends and some shifts during the week. You must have full availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You may not be required to work these shifts each week, but to just be available.

As a Customer Service Representative you will work one on one with our customers and deliver gameplay speeches. You will run hints and help with all customer concerns once the players are inside the rooms. You will be responsible for resetting the rooms properly and efficiently after the player's time is up. You will process cash and interact. Then during downtime you will be required to keep yourself busy with cleaning, various tasks, and prop fixes.

Exit Abbotsford is an escape room facility. An escape room is a physical adventure game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints and strategy to complete the objectives at hand. Players are given a set time limit to unveil the secret plot which is hidden within the rooms. Games are set in a variety of fictional locations, such as prison cells, dungeons and space stations, and usually the various puzzles and riddles themselves follow the theme of the room.
