We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant floor. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize sales. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating our team.

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team
- Train and onboard new sales associates
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized floor
- Implement strategies to increase sales and meet company goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong team management skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Administrative skills for managing schedules, budgets, and reports
- Cashiering experience is preferred
- Sales management experience is a plus
