Weekend Mobile Patrol Guard

_**Preferred Protection & Response Services Ltd.**_is currently seeking a licensed Manitoba security guard to fill the position of a Part time Mobile Patrol Guard.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- A valid Manitoba Security License is **required**.
- A valid 5F Manitoba Drivers License is **required**.
- CPR/First Aid certification **required**.
- Must be fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of driving experience in Canada **required**.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant security experience in Canada.
- **MUST** be available overnight on weekends 1900-0700.

**Mobile Guard Responsibilities**:

- Observe and Report any/all suspicious activities and incidents at respective sites.
- Complete a daily shift report.
- Communicate with employees, when required.
- Remove unwanted persons from the property, when required.
- Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents at sites.
- Occasional lifting may be required, (50 lbs).
- Providing our clients with exceptional customer service while remaining focused on the assets of the property at all times.
- Confident in using communication equipment (2-way radio, tablet, computers) or show a willingness to learn.
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
