**Job Summary**:
As a Factory Supervisor you are responsible for assisting in the hiring, training, and instructing department employees in their job functions in addition to working on the core functions of the department. As a supervisor you will assist in the planning and delegation of work assignments, orientation of new employees and set-ups of tools, equipment, methods, and procedures in work areas. Participates in employee discipline and performance discussions. Must be a strong communicator and create a collaborative work environment for teamwork.

**Shift**

Your regular hours of work will be from Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with an unpaid thirty (30) minute meal break and you will be on call to support that Factory as business needs You understand and agree that from time to time your duties will require you to work additional hours outside of your regular hours of work including evenings and weekends in order to accommodate the business needs of the Company. You will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000 (“ESA”).

**Responsibilities**:
**Safety**
- Administration of online safety training
- Proactive events reporting
- Participate in quarterly JHSC meetings

**Employee Administration**:

- Responsible for the overall Supervision of Factory employees
- Coordinate with Temp agency as needed for all temporary staffing needs
- Maintain Factory employee /attendance list and provide weekly to Payroll
- Work closely with payroll and HR by reviewing and approving employee hours and PTO in the payroll system
- Responsible for the PMP Process for Assistant Captains including goal setting, mid-year and year-end performance reviews
- Work with management and HR to administer recognition, development and disciplinary actions related to filling factory staff
- Responsible for administration of Training & Development within the factory for all local market requirements as well as acting as the SodaCampus Training representative collaborating with Head Quarters on all things related to L&D that are required globally

**Inventory Responsibilities**:

- Daily review of Production work orders and validation of movements
- Daily production entries
- Weekly cycle counts
- Weekly Reconciliation
- Month end inputs

**Operational Excellence**
- Participation in Weekly Production meeting
- SCADA monitoring and reporting
- SOP development & Implementation
- Participate in weekly VF call
- Collaborate with DOO/OM on operational initiatives and improvements
- Quick win Owner
- Ownership of Factory KPI reporting

**Miscellaneous**
- Valve Disposal
- Weekly count of Factory supplies and ordering of supplies as required

**Qualifications**:

- High School Graduate and equivalent or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid understanding of warehouse functions
- Radio Frequency Scanners and Warehouse Management system experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment
- Must have a strong work ethic and leadership mindset
- Must be knowledgeable in administrative/operational procedures such as work schedules, set-ups, safety, and housekeeping requirements
- Should have strong written, verbal, people skills, and other technical skills to properly direct, assist, and train personnel.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office required including Power point and Excel.
- A clear criminal background check is required
- Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
