**OVERVIEW**

Lopes Limited is looking for a **CNC Machine Operator**

**FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery, including beam lines, angle lines, and plasma
tables.
- Set up, adjust, and calibrate CNC machines to meet job specifications and tolerances.
- Read and interpret engineering and construction drawings to perform accurate cutting
and drilling of materials.
- Ensure optimal machine performance, performing troubleshooting and minor repairs
as needed.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, tracking and documenting production
progress.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards in all tasks.
- Collaborate with the project team to communicate machine or material-related
concerns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, with knowledge of Ficep and Messer
machines highly valued.
- Understanding of CNC programming for industrial machinery is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and
maintenance.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction goals.
