Position Overview:
Please find the key responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate as follows:

- Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools from trucks and other vehicles
- Distribute products and materials to their designated locations within the warehouse
- Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean manner according to organizational standards
- Conduct sampling of raw materials and finished products
- Review warehouse documentation, such as receiving and shipping logs
- Monitor incoming materials for allergens and animal by-products
- Check storage conditions of received materials to ensure they meet specifications
- Perform pick list checks when transferring materials from warehouse to production
- Reconcile raw materials from dispensing back to the warehouse
- Receive materials in MRP inventory system upon receiving/transferring
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with related products or food products
- High school diploma/GED
- First Aid training preferred
- Forklift certificate required
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors
- Be highly flexible and work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Stand, bend, and reach for long periods of time
- Lift at least 50lbs continuously throughout the day
- Fluent English (reading/speaking/writing)
