Saturday Receptionist

We here at **Ernie Dean Chevrolet** in Alliston are looking for an energetic and hard-working receptionist/admin to help support not only customers but the staff as well. Saturdays are the highest traffic day at our dealership and this position is critical to our mission of providing the best experience possible for our customers.

It may only be one day a week but that doesn’t mean the position is any less important to our business. We’d argue even more so.

**Who Are You?**
- Reliable and punctual (we are busy and we need you here when the doors open)
- Customer service-minded (serving our customers is a top priority)
- Multi-tasker (you’ll be doing a lot in your 8 hours)
- Keen attention to detail (getting the little things right like filing & admin work)
- Phone ‘pro’ (not afraid to answer the phone to help customers)
- Dealership experience is great but not required

**What Will Your Day Look Like?**

Here’s a look at the things that will keep you busy during your hours of 8-4pm
- Greeting all walk-in customers with a smile
- Answering the phones
- Printing daily mailbox items
- Checking in vehicles
- Filing work orders and filing deals in the back office
- Balancing and posting any debit/credit sales
- Registering OnStar for the day
- Matching GM invoices with packing slips
- Supporting sales staff by handling deposits/refunds for customers
- Posting/Balancing GM invoices

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 9 per week
