**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare surfaces for sealing by cleaning, filling cracks, and ensuring proper adhesion
- Operate heavy equipment such as seal coating machines, sprayers, and rollers
- Monitor material usage and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
**Skills**:
- Experience in asphalt sealing required
- Experience in paving or building maintenance preferred
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Strong communication skills
**Must have G Class license with clean driving record
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
