We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working _**Cleaning Supervisor**_ to join our team

**Salary: $40,000.00 Per Year**

**Days: Monday to Friday**

**Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm 8 hours**

**Winnipeg, MB & surrounding areas**

**Clear Criminal Record Check**

**Valid Manitoba Driver’s License**

**Clean Driver’s Abstract**

- **Responsibilities & Duties**:_
- Oversee the quality of janitorial work being done on each assigned site
- Conduct safety and cleaning inspections monthly with follow up and corrective action plans
- Communicate expectations with staff regarding company policies and cleaning services
- Provide cleaning staff with the tools and knowledge to complete job
- Handle any customer emergencies and complaints properly in a timely manner
- Provide upper management with information and recommendations concerning worksites
- Plan an efficient route based on worksite locations and other requirements
- Drive in a safe and defensive manner at all times, avoid careless errors at all costs
- Present yourself positively and professionally towards clients and employees
- **Qualifications & Requirements**:_
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Provide current valid driver’s license and drivers abstract
- Provide a criminal record check
- Working knowledge of city and rural areas
- Strong organizational, communicational and leadership skills
- High level attention to detail & willingness to learn
- Previous experience in the commercial cleaning industry considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
