**The Opportunity**

Hoi Bo is looking for outgoing, style-savvy sales assistants for its new flag ship shop in Little Portugal as well as our Distillery Shop. As a member of Hoi Bo’s retail team, you will be responsible for representing and communicating the aesthetic and philosophy that lies at the heart of Hoi Bo’s design practice. You will help build and cultivate relationships with customers, providing an exceptional service experience that is genuine, honest, and friendly. You’ll work with the team to maintain a superlative store environment that reflects Hoi Bo’s commitment to quality, from ensuring an impeccable level of cleanliness to re-merchandising and filling orders.

**The Job**

As a style advisor, you will:

- Work to meet sales targets for both in-store and online channels, and help achieve those goals using effective sales tools including text and social media
- Work with the team to keep the stores customer ready, from creating a comfortable and safe experience through daily cleaning and upkeep to filling orders, stocking, and re-merchandising
- Create an inviting, personable, and memorable service experience for customers that is on their terms
- Provide thoughtful, honest feedback and fashion advice for our customers about style and fit
- Grow Hoi Bo’s customer base through newsletter and community program sign-ups

**Qualifications**

This position is for you if you:

- Are passionate about fashion and style
- Appreciate the subtle qualities inherent in high-end design, from materiality to detail
- Believe in moving the fashion industry forward through responsible, sustainable practices
- Have excellent communication and people skills
- Are a good listener - able to discern customer’s wants and needs and respond patiently and thoughtfully
- Are interested in harnessing social media and technology to achieve sales goals
- Are self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Thrive in a team environment
- Able to multi-task while setting clear priorities
- Can work independently with little supervision to respond to situations and problem-solve in a timely manner
- Are highly organized and obsessed with detail and follow-through

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
