Lead Horticultural technician

**About**:
Perform duties inline with professionally maintaining and installing beautiful gardens, landscapes and turf. Pruning shrubs, cultivating and amending soils, planting annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees, fertilizing, watering, turf topdressing and fertilizing, irrigation repair and adjustments.

Outside of the technical aspects of the position, you will be required to perform duties related to being in a leadership role such as giving direction and communicating to staff, on-site task organization, decision making and problem solving, communicating with clients.

This position is for individuals who have a minimum experience of 3 years in the field of professional landscape/garden/property maintenance and may have some related certifications or education.

**Salary: $22-27/hour depending on experience, education and knowledge Mid season and end of season bonuses dependant on performance and attendance**

40-50 hours per week depending on weather. Working weekends may be necessary during the busy spring season or to make up for lost time due to weather.
