Handyman/woman

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general tasks such as painting, carpentry work and lawn & garden care
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Install and maintain appliances and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

**Skills**
Required:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-have:

- Experience working in homes and businesses
- Knowledge of construction fields
- Experience with landscaping or outdoor maintenance
- Experience driving with a trailer.

Must have own vehicle.

Position is part time to start, but has the opportunity to become full time in the near future.
