**Job Summary**:

We are looking for someone who loves to be involved and is passionate about benefiting their community. This position has very flexible hours starting out casual, and part-time but can easily grow into more. You’d work from home and out in your community, building new and meaningful relationships and helping us build new world-class fiber infrastructure. You’ll work closely with a remote team, and we are willing to teach you everything you’ll need to know about our Fiber network. Community engagement is an important factor so your opinions and ideas would be an asset to our growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Representing Northern Lights Fiber powered by Canadian Fiber Optics
- "Travel around the Northern Alberta areas we service (Millet, Calmar, and Area)
- Gathering and sharing updates on social media
- Handing out vital information and updates
- Providing personalized customer service support
- Talking and engaging with customers in your day-to-day life
- Event coordination and hosting
- Providing customers with tailored internet solutions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
Social media profile: Facebook required - LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta platform knowledge an asset
- Live within the travel region, and know your community
- Bring your own device (phone reimbursement)
- Ability to travel within 200km (mileage reimbursement and LOA)
- Positive image within your community
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable walking - door to door
- Time management and organizational skills

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day/Evening shift
- Weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Reliability commute around the Greater Edmonton Area
