**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Partner with the People team to drive and build the best employee experience and scale our envious culture
- Work with managers and leaders on all legal, compliance and employee relations matters
- Providing coaching and support to managers as needed.
- Participate in investigations, employee complaints resolution and greivance procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the People & Culture team so that our foundational processes are delivered seamlessly and the employee experience is at the forefront of everything we do
- Create regular reports and presentations on People metrics; analyze trends to help develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements of day-to-day employee management to assist in the development of policy; works to reduce and prevent legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure our people are supported with their queries and requirements.
- Be the owner and first level expert of all our policies and procedures
- Other related People duties and projects, as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience as an People Administrator, or a relevant role.
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Experience with HRIS administration; experience with Zoho People an asset.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Thorough knowledge of Canada Labour Code and other federal employment law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
