We are currently looking for a Medical Sales Executive to join our team.

**Position Summary**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships with key partners to leverage regional contracts to develop and secure new business
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans (B2B) with a demonstrated success in gaining new business
- Securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements
- Collaborate closely with logistics department to ensure efficient and effective planning
- Stay updated on customer, industry, and market changes to pinpoint growth opportunities
- Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintains a good understanding of client business segment and of solutions proposed by the competition.
- Drive the conversion of sales leads into active customers by establishing strong contacts, fostering relationships, and comprehensively understanding customer needs to achieve the highest possible conversation rate
- Educate and support the clients as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Experience**:

- 5 years if sales/business development (B2B) in healthcare and/or related field
- Experience calling on all levels of an organization, and ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organization levels
- Proven track record of sales excellence and relationship building

**Education and Certifications**:

- Degree in relevant discipline preferred
- Valid driver’s license required

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
- (B2B) Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail
