**Who You Are**
- Experienced in medical office management or similar roles, with a keen understanding of surgical processes.
- Knowledgeable about surgical procedures, pre
- and post-operative care, and patient education.
- Adept at problem-solving and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic medical environment.
- Excellent at interpersonal communication, capable of liaising between patients, surgeons, and administrative staff.
- A proactive team player, eager to contribute to the efficiency and quality of patient care.

**Your Role**
- Coordinate surgical schedules, including booking, rescheduling, and canceling procedures as needed.
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers.
- Prepare and provide patients with all necessary pre
- and post-operative instructions.
- Manage surgical documentation and patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in obtaining necessary surgical clearances and insurance authorizations.
- Handle patient inquiries related to surgical procedures and recovery with empathy and professionalism.

**Compensation/Salary**

$25-$36 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: $25.00-$36.00 per year
