**_QA Document Reviewer _**:

**POSITION SCOPE**:

- Understanding of the pharmaceutical/cosmetic documentation principles processes.
- Sound knowledge of GMP/GDP, FDA and Health Canada guidelines and regulations.
- Good documentation practices in accordance with the current industry requirements.
- Ability to organize, interpret and analyze data drawing rational and logical conclusions.
- Thorough understanding of compounding and product release procedures

- Review batching documents with good understanding of GMP.
- Responsible for reviewing and compare HMI data against the Process Instructions.
- Analyze documents for completeness, Integrity, accuracy, legibility and adherence to the good documentation practice.
- Conduct day to day analysis of documentation and follow up with the compounding department to ensure all necessary corrections are done in accordance with GMP/GDP standards.
- Prepare First Time Right documentation reports on weekly basis and evaluate the trend every month.
- Archive documents in an orderly fashion after product release to keep them ready for internal and external inspections when required.
- Support QA associates with the product release, Investigation and CAPA when required.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
- Strong work ethics and exceptional computer skills
- Fulfil other departmental duties that may be required.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**: university/college degree in science with 1-2 years of experience within pharmaceutical/cosmetic industry.
**INTERPERSONAL SKILLS/CONTACTS**: good team player skills
**PROBLEM SOLVING/JUDGMENT**: ability to analyze and take a decision is required
**MENTAL EFFORT**: require considerable moderate levels of concentration and/or attentiveness; requires moderate levels of thinking, watching, listening, verifying, checking numbers, creating or designing
