Gas Bar Supervisor

**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Sud City C-Store Manager, the Gas Bar Supervisor the successful incumbent will be responsible for the day to day execution of tasks associated with leading front-line staff. This position plays an integral role in assisting the Sud City Manager by:

- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Provide leadership and direction to employees in accordance with company policies, procedures, programs, and overall expectations.
- Assist with training, developing, coaching, and motivating the Sud City team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.
- Maintain a neat, clean and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with other supervisors at the location to coordinate and monitor employee schedules and assign work task for each shift. Assist in monitoring and managing electronic time cards for reporting staff.
- Assist in the management of inventory including ordering, receiving and record management of all products within the department.
- Maintain a safe environment for all employees, customers, and vendors. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Communicate with Sud City Manager to ensure compliance with all legal and environmental requirements.

- You must possess an extensive knowledge of the Store Point POS
- Ability to handle pressure and provide feedback to employees in tough or uncomfortable situations
- You have 3+ years related experience in a convenience store or similar store setting with some Supervisory or Leadership Experience.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends, opening (5:30am), and closing(9:30pm) shifts.
