Marketing & Training Assistant (Summer Student)
BRANTFORD, ONTARIO, Canada

Emerson has a summer opening for a Marketing & Training Assistant reporting to the
Senior Manager, Marketing. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the marketing and training departments with day-to-day tasks within the department and general office duties. This position will be based in the Canadian headquarters in Brantford,
Ontario.

**AS A MARKETING & TRAINING ASSISTANT, YOU WILL**:

- Organize the following requirements around Training: promotion, bookings, response to customer inquiries, event cleanup, attend meetings, etc.
- Proofread copies for accuracy and grammatical correctness
- Maintain Salesforce database as needed
- Book meetings as requested
- Order supplies for training events as directed
- Perform other clerical duties related to training: such as photocopying, collating, sorting, packing, etc.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Willingness to learn
- Strength/comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail
