**IT Business Analyst**:
**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Identifies the organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement along with possible solutions, from an IT systems and process perspective.
- Improves upon existing approaches by seeking opportunities to creatively transform current practices into innovative alternative solutions.
- Helps implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.
- Leads change management initiatives to prepare and support managers and staff for technological changes.
- Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Leads and conducts system testing, having defined test conditions and developed accurate and complete test plans.
