**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Lead engineering teams in the design and development of project components, reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure that designs meet industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor resource utilization, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure project efficiency.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and reviews to identify and address deviations from project requirements.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project and develop mitigation plans.
- Proactively address issues to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including plans, drawings, change orders, and reports.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting process, challenges, and resolutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, incorporating feedback into project plans.
- Analyze and troubleshoot project-related issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative problem-solving among project team members.
- Other related duties as required.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in project engineering and management
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Experience with project scheduling software.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $68,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
