**We are currently seeking an individual with a positive “can do” attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who acts with discretion and has the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.**

**The main responsibility of this role is to work with the U.S. Tax team in the preparation and delivery of US tax returns.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Prepare U.S. personal and corporate tax returns using our Tax Preparation software.
- Prepare various U.S. cross border tax forms.
- Prepare letters to federal and state tax authorities.
- Prepare tax working papers.
- PDF preparation of final tax returns.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with technical research on client queries.
- Assist U.S. tax team with tax planning scenarios.
- Manage the collection and flow of documents while adhering to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Professional and experience requirements**
- Basic knowledge in the preparation of U.S. personal and corporate tax returns.
- Basic understanding of Income Tax rules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with CCH Axcess and CCH Taxprep is an asset.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to monitor multiple projects and priorities against deadlines and within budget.
- Professional demeanor, proven ability to manage sensitive situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dedicated and motivated with the ability to provide exceptional client service.
- Working experience or education in tax is a definite asset.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written

**Salary range**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
