In this job you will produce healthier and better-quality food for customers and communities. **Please note the shift requirements for this position include 12-hour continental rotating shifts including some weekends. This is a 4 month contract position in our processing department.**

THE ROLE:

- Provide communication between Operations Leader and QA Department regarding quality evaluations, product analysis, and associated documentation
- Monitor Critical Control Points and adherence to deviation procedures
- Make decisions based on the results of the product and reject stream analysis
- Analyze finished product for conformance to customer and company specifications
- Be familiar with key functions of and able to monitor Quality Assurance Process Assistant
