**Coordinator, Residential Services**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Manager, Community Development and Housing, the Coordinator, Residential Services is responsible for the oversight of residential programs and activities of the Residential team. Duties will include:

- Oversight of Moonlight Ave. and Victoria Street Place programs
- Development and maintenance of program standards, procedures and outcomes
- Residential team scheduling, supervision, recruitment, and orientation
- Collaboration with community partners
- Member of Leadership Team
- On-Call Rotation

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in health, social services, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in mental health and substance use field required.
- 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred. Experience within housing programs is an asset.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
- Reliable vehicle required.
- **Professional Designation/Certification (one of the following are required)**

1**. **Registration, in good standing, with a regulating professional body e.g. Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), or working towards registration; or

2. Certification, in good standing, with a professional certifying organization* within health or social service fields e.g. Certified Psychosocial Rehabilitation Recovery Practitioner (CPRRP) from Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR Canada) or working towards certification.
- *Organization must have a written code of ethics, core values and standards that are consistent with those of CMHA- S/M. Certification must require members to meet a core set of competencies, have a requirement for continuous learning to maintain certification and be approved by CMHA-S/M._

**SALARY**:

- **Hourly, Step1: $35.74- Step 5: $42.05**:

- **Yearly, Step1: $65,050.21- Step 5: $76,529.64**
