Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related questions
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records using Domtrak software
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is required
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Domtrak is highly desired
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is required
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
