Chiropractic/physiotherapy Receptionist

**Must be available Evenings and Weekends**

Responsibilities include:

- greeting clients and answering telephones
- ensuring intake forms and other paperwork in completed
- scheduling appointments
- inputting transactions and processing payments
- direct billing insurance companies
- nightly cash outs
- reconciling payments
- general office duties including filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying
- confirmation calls and recalls
- working with healthcare provider and other clinic staff.
- maintaining organization and efficiency in the clinic
- keeping an inventory of office supplies
- daily cleaning duties

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
