**Community First Development Inc**. is seeking to employ an energetic and attention to detail Part-time Cleaner

Location: North York**, ON**

Duties and responsibilities include BUT NOT limited to:

- Under the direction of the Property Manager the Cleaner is responsible
- Ensuring the cleaning, disinfection and sanitization of the Building’s Common Areas and Offices
- Ensures that all sanitation devices are stocked, maintained and cleaned on a regular basis per the Health and Safety Protocols and Guidelines
- Ensures the removal and upkept of the Property Grounds with the assistance of the Grounds Staff
- Advising and Identifies any Health and Safety violations on the Property Grounds or on the outside of the Resident’s units
- Ensures an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment is always available

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to Office, Building, Common Areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs;
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms;
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, and common areas as needed;
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary;
- Cleaning windowsills and windows;
- Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner;
- Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition;
- Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals;
- Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times;
- General maintenance of grounds;
- Maintain sufficient quantity of cleaning and janitorial supplies, and to re-order as necessary with co-ordination with the Maintenance Administrator;
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery;
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours;
- Deal with all residents, visitors, and other staff and trades people in a professional manner;
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
