**AV Facility Maintenance Technician**

Company: Capello Systems Ltd.

Location: Ottawa, ON

**Due to the Security Requirement applicants must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of 10 years.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install new Audio-Visual equipment.
- Manage equipment configuration and testing.
- Move Audio-Visual equipment: On-premises and to new locations.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
- Upgrade firmware.
- Install Audio-Visual furniture.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks.
- Update maintenance logs after each visit.
- Assess and report on impending system failures.
- Assist with meetings, conferences, and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior Security Clearance and Asset (Secret, Top Secret)
- Experience in AV equipment installation, configuration, and testing.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing AV equipment.
- Familiar with firmware upgrades and AV furniture installation.
- Solid understanding of preventative maintenance checks.
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining and updating maintenance logs.
- Ability to assess and report on impending system failures.
- Comfortable assisting with meetings, conferences, and presentations.

**Salary**: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
