**Sommaire du poste**

Sous la responsabilité du superviseur d’installation, le technicien de projet a la charge de veiller à l’exécution efficace des projets qui lui sont confiés en faisant le lien entre l’ingénierie (interne ou externe) et les équipes d’installation. Que ce soit en atelier ou sur les chantiers, il s’assure que les besoins humains et matériels soient mobilisés et organisés pour exécuter le projet dans des conditions sécuritaires, selon les spécifications et budgets prévus.

Le technicien de projet est partie intégrante de l’équipe de projet peut donc être amené à exécuter ses activités dans la région du Québec mais aussi à travers le Canada et même aux États-Unis aussi bien pour des clients internes qu’externes.

Le technicien de projet travaillera dans un environnement où régnera une culture positive du travail afin de s’assurer du bien-être de ses équipes.

Il en résulte que le technicien de projet travaillera de façon proche avec les équipes d’installations et des équipes projet en aidant à maintenir la relation client.

**Volet gestion de projet installation**
- Évaluer les besoins des clients en comprenant leur processus et en se référant à leurs spécificités afin de livrer la qualité en accord avec leurs attentes;
- Développer les objectifs et la portée du projet, en impliquant les personnes adéquates afin d’assurer la faisabilité technique du projet niveau installation;
- Participer aux soumissions plus ou moins complexes en évaluant et en gérant les risques du projet;
- Bâtir une relation de confiance et de respect avec les clients et proposer des travaux, des projets ou toute relation d’affaire
- S’assurer de livrer le projet en respectant la portée, les coûts et la date prévus au niveau installation;
- En collaboration avec le chargé de projet, coordonner les parties prenantes du projet (sous-traitants, autres corps de métiers sur le chantier, responsable SST chantier )
- Veiller à la bonne utilisation du matériel et des outils fournis par l’entreprise;
- En collaboration avec le chargé de projet, être le contact client (interne et externe)
- Gérer les opérations et les coûts du chantier par rapport aux installations;
- Tenir à jour les inventaires matériel de chantier (assignations et inventaires periodiques)
- S’assurer du respect des horaires de travail ;
- S’assurer de la communication et gestion général avec l’aide du superviseur entre les différents sites de fabrication sur lesquels il y a de la préfabrication reliée au projet ;
- Utiliser les techniques et procédures internes pour gérer les projets à toutes les étapes:

- Planifier les besoins de matériel à l’avance ainsi que les retours d’inventaires excédentaires
- Faire le suivi de l’avancement des projets dans le respect des coûts (Matériel et main d’œuvre)
- Utiliser ERP (Epicor) / BPMS - pour ses rapports de production, contrôle des coûts, commandes de matériels.
- Faire les dessins ISO de tuyauterie, équipement (CAD) relié au projet avec l’aide et approbation du Superviseur

- Participer aux soumissions plus ou moins complexes en évaluant et en gérant les risques du projet;
