Patrol Officer

**Job Summary**:
Patrol Officers report to the Enforcement Supervisor and ensures that all dashboard tickets and parking permits are displayed and valid at various parking lots throughout the lower mainland. The working environment may be internal and/or external, which includes exposure to cold, dirt, vehicle exhausts, noise, dust, heat, odours, rain, and snow.

**Hours**:
Varies: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

**Compensation**:
$19.00 per hour

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- By-Law Enforcement, Security, and previous experience in parking operations are a plus; training will be provided
- General knowledge of electronic equipment an assetValid BC drivers licence with a clean drivers abstract
- High school diploma

**Job Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Conduct daily inspections of all on-site parking equipment, ensuring equipment is fully operational
- Basic equipment repairs as required
- Perform foot patrols to ensure compliance of parking rules and regulations
- Issue parking violations to parkers not adhering to posted rules and regulations
- Preparation of incident and accident reports, as required
- Client liaison
- Maintain the stock level of supplies, e.g. ticket rolls, enforcement rolls, and stationery
- Provide regular reports on lot status and general operations
- Answer various questions and provide guests with directions and other parkade information as needed
- Other duties as assigned
