Telebyte Communications has an exciting job opportunity for a Technician, based out of our office in Red Deer. This role will provide installation and maintenance support for our customers.

Requirements for this position:

- Familiarity with PRI and SIP trunking technologies
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail and can produce customer-specific documentation
- Manage a project on their own and see a project through to completion
- Team player and knowledge sharing
- Thirst for knowledge and willing to invest in themselves
- Valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle

Preferred Skills:

- Proven ability to install, service, program, test and troubleshoot PBX systems. Related IT experience is beneficial.
- Industry and manufacturer specific certifications

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
