Multi-skilled Handyman

Join our dynamic team as a multi-skilled handyman/laborer, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation and impeccable appearance of our hotel. **Duties**:

- Perform a wide range of repair tasks around the hotel, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Assist with housekeeping duties to ensure clean and welcoming guest spaces, including room preparation and public area maintenance.
- Take on kitchen support roles as needed, such as dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Manage waste and recycling, including regular garbage removal and disposal.
- Maintain outdoor areas, including grass cutting, gardening, and general landscaping to ensure a pleasant external environment for guests.
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc maintenance requests and guest needs to ensure their satisfaction and comfort.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a broad skill set in repairs, maintenance, and general labor tasks.
- Familiarity with using a variety of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete a variety of tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for guests.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required to support hotel operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
