Fullfillment Specialist

We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation and customer service, and we are looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Fulfillment Specialist at LUSOME, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of fulfillment for our B2B, Amazon, and DTC channels. You will be responsible for receiving inbound shipments to our warehouses in both the US and Canada, providing recommendations on inventory requirements, and ensuring our wholesale accounts are well-serviced.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage fulfillment processes for B2B, Amazon, and DTC channels.
- Receive and process inbound shipments to our warehouses in the US and Canada.
- Analyze inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment and inventory requirements.
- Handle all fulfillment for Canadian operation.
- Collaborate with rep agencies and wholesale accounts to ensure high-quality service and support.
- Monitor fulfillment metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Assist in resolving any shipping or fulfillment issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Proven experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with B2B, Amazon, and DTC fulfillment processes is an asset.

How to Apply:
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
