**Your primary responsibilities will be**:

- Verify supplier invoices
- Maintaining the day-to-day accounting records
- Monitoring bank accounts, credit cards transactions
- Verifying, allocating and tracking expenses, supplier purchases
- Scheduling and preparing the payments, generally responding to all vendor's renquiries regarding finance.
- Validate the accuracy of business transactions
- Assist with monthly closing and year end process
- Manage and Submit royalty reports
- Assist controller with special projects as required

**Your profile**
- Detail oriented with high level accuracy, highly organized, reliable, responsible
- Having more than 2 years’ experience,
- DEC, Certificate, bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting systems and software, experience using business central is an asset.
- Advance level in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
