Powder Coater

**About the Position**:

- The Powder Coater position requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and willingness to learn proper technique.
- If you are looking for a job that produces immediate results and exposes you to new products and projects daily, then we may have a position for you.

**Duties**:

- Assist the Lead Coater with the transport of goods through the shop.
- Carefully pack finished customer goods for shipping.
- Identify and source required powder for jobs in the schedule.
- Talk with teammates to keep production flowing.
- Attend and contribute to production hurdles, safety meetings, and training as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Capable of reading and writing in English.
- Able to safely lift to 50lbs.
- Actively engage in problem-solving, not problem naming.
- Effective at time management.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow a process to completion.
