**Job description**:

- Working with a team environment to produce high quality client deliverables;
- Preparing monthly bank and account reconciliations;
- Preparing and submitting payroll;
- Preparing CRA and WCB Remittances; and
- Preparing reports for clients including monthly financial statements.

**Work experience, education and skills**:

- Entry level knowledge of accounting software and payroll
- Comfortability with learning new computer software
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate people and projects
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize multiple projects / tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- High school, college or university education

**Salary**: $39,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- QuickBooks and/or Sage: 1 year (preferred)
