**Responsibilities**:

- **Network Management**:Maintain and optimize the company's network infrastructure for seamless connectivity.

Troubleshoot network issues and ensure data security and integrity.
- **Hardware and Software Support**:Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and other hardware devices.
- **Cybersecurity**:Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.

Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
- **Help Desk Support**:Respond to IT-related queries and issues from employees.

Provide timely resolution to hardware and software problems.
- **Systems Administration**:Administer servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Manage user accounts and permissions.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and implement solutions.

Conduct training sessions to enhance IT literacy among employees.
- **IT Procurement**:Evaluate and recommend IT hardware and software purchases.

Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
