Motel Manager in Cache Creek

We are hiring a Manager to take care of a 24 rooms Motel in Cache Creek, British Columbia. Along with the salary you will be provided apartment for accommodation with a TV, heating, internet, electricity all paid. A good fit will able to run day to day operation of the motel, front desk, reservations, small maintenance, cleaning the rooms and the premises.

**Computer Software Experience**

**Skills and Responsibilities**
- Answer the phone and input reservations into software
- Advertise and promote the Destination Inn Cache creek
- Perform all front desk duties, including check-in and check-out
- Perform light maintenance to keep the motel and property in great condition
- Arrange and oversee maintenance duties to the property
- Clean guest rooms, common areas, do laundry, and fold linens and towels
- Shovel snow and ensure that all walkways are safe for guests and staff
- Collect mail from the post office weekly and update employers of mail
- Comply with all Destination Inn Cache creek policies and procedures, as well as local legislative requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- Perform all responsibilities necessary to operate the motel
- Supervise staff, conduct training sessions
