Knowledge of chemical stripping of railings and posts. Familiar with hand scraping. Reliable and mature. Addiction problems discarded. Knowledge of Spanish an asset. Mastery of insertion repairs. Presentable public skills.

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
