Toronto, Canada Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square Full time

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Room Sales Coordinator will provide support to the Sales team for both Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square and Hotel Le Germain Toronto.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Provide support to the sales team
- Be the point of contact and detail all rooms-only groups (ensuring group block info in the PMS is accurate, entering rooming lists, setting up billing and any other necessary preparations).
- Coordination of all signed back contracts
- Follow-up on all related invoicing with accounting
- Be the liaison between the operations and sales team and keep everyone informed on all happenings.
- Process commissions on groups and individual reservations
- Actively participate to achieve budget objectives in terms of occupancy
- Handle all sales inquiries and quotes on group when business development managers are unavailable
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Good computer knowledge - Microsoft office & Opera
- Excellent verbal and oral communication
- Individual who can multi-task in fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
