**Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm**

Under thedirection of the Operations Manager or Official Designate, the Contents Lead is responsible for providing cleaning of hard and soft contents and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate information for the insured as well as the adjusters. The Contents Lead will work in the field on emergency and restoration projects in the Production Department. This position is performance driven with a high emphasis on quality, efficiency, and superior service.
- Maintain and organize contents and track their location and storage in the warehouse.
- Ensure contents are properly and effectively listed, photographed, packed, cleaned, stored and returned throughout the restoration process as required (includes salvageable and non-salvageable content).
- Electronic Technology Tools: uses cell phone or other electronic devises and mobile apps to; label and upload photos, and other important documentation as required, and ensure it is accessible in DRS and XA.
- Provide reports and updates to PM’s and PMA’s on the status of the contents as required.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Manager Assistant, Adjusters and Homeowners for set up of viewing and disposal of non-salvageable items.
- Obtain the necessary sign off and direction from the PM or PMA pertaining to disposal of contents.
- Maintain the cleanliness of drying and ozone room.
- Launder cleaning of rags as necessary.
- Assist with pack out, pick up and delivery of contents to property owners.
- Ensure customers property and private information is kept confidential and safeguarded.
- Assist PM’s and PMA’s with contents procedures and following insurance protocols.
- Maintain Data Entry: Schedule of Loss, Contents Listing of Disposed; questionable, or cleaned items.
- Promptly reports any accidents or near accidents using the formal report forms provided.
- Report time accurately on labour sheets for team members; Skilled Technicians and General Labourers. Non-productive time and overtime must be clearly explained.

Cleaning Soft Contents:

- Esporta or Hand wash as required, sort, load, wash, dry, fold.
- Photograph, list and enter into company software, box, pack, and store as required.

Cleaning Hard Contents:

- Hand Clean or Fire Clean assorted Hard Contents.
- Photograph, list and enter into company software, box, pack, and store as required.

Cleaning Equipment:

- Cleaning equipment as required.
- Assist in preparation of rugs, furniture, and dry cleaning to be sent to sub-trades for processing.
- Keep cleaning kits stocked and ensure contents supplies are stocked.

Cleaning Office:

- Daily - garbage, recycle, disinfect all high touch points areas and other surfaces.
- Mid Week - general clean, garbage, recycling and floor mop if required.
- Friday’s - thorough office cleaning.

**Education and Experience**
- 1 year practicacal knowledge of restoration construction an asset

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
