Walker General Contracting is a premier contracting company. We specialize in renovation projects. (Commercial & Residential) ($15,000-$1.5 Million)

Roles and Responsibilities
- We are a smaller General Contracting firm looking to expand out company. We currently do all different sizes of projects from bathroom renovations to large scale TI projects. We are looking for an estimator that can go to the different renovations with the sales manager, collect the necessary information from the customer and the job site. Contact the necessary trades to collect estimates, and provide an estimate to the client in a timely manner.

The scale of projects that we are currently working on are, bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, basements renovations, apartment renovations, Tenant Improvement projects, full scale home renovation projects, Residential and Commercial renovations. We have also go to different BC Bid opportunities for renovations.

We have several projects that will need bidding work completed simultanously, so we are looking for someone that is capable of multitasking, and someone that is organized, and the drive to complete tasks in a timely manner.

This posting does include travel time, gas compensation, an hourly wage depending on experience of between $30-32hr.

We are looking for someone that is available to start immediately, and someone that has estimating experience in this field. It would also be ideal if the estimator had contacts for his own trades to provide estimates as well
