**About The Role**

**What You'll Do**
- Performing various lash related services
- Sterilize and maintain equipment to keep them in good condition
- Stay up to date on industry trends and techniques to improve lash service skills
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service
- Manage lash supplies and inventory
- Train and mentor Junior Lash Technicians as needed

**Qualifications**
- Have in-depth knowledge of multiple lash services.
- Have educational or work experience with lash tools and services.
- Customer service and/or sales experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a desire to learn new techniques in order to further develop skills.
- Must have basic computer skills to use Point-of-Sale system.
- Committed to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Minimum 2 years Lash Technician experience required
- **Aesthetician/Lash Certification is an asset.**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
