Dog Walker

We are looking for someone:

- Available Wednesdays and Fridays 10-5pm (+/- 1 hour)
- With G2/G license and access to a vehicle
- Technologically literate with a smart phone equipped with data and camera
- Someone who enjoys being physically active, can work in various weather conditions and walk 20,000+ steps a day
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Knowledge of basic dog behavior and body language
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with dog owners
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- With a clean criminal record check (Must provide a copy)
- Located within City of Ottawa

**Duties**:

- Walking in various weather conditions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the dogs in your care
- Provide exercise and mental stimulation for the dogs
- Follow any specific instructions provided by the dog owners
- Clean up after the dogs during walks
- Report any concerns or issues to the dog owner
- Arrive on-time to all appointments

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 14 per week
