Roofing Labourer

SBT Construction is looking for an Experienced Roofing Labourer

Job Requirements:

- Knowledge of roofing materials (shingles, flashing, valleys, vents etc.)
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Willing to learn how we run our jobsites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Capable of carrying 80lb bundles
- Job site cleanup
- Personal vehicle is a must with a Valid Class G license
- Must be willing to travel to different job sites throughout Windsor/Essex
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliability - show up on time and ready to work when scheduled
- Ability to adapt to changes, think outside the box, and solve problems that may arise.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Previous construction experience considered an asset

Work Environments:

- Various job sites working outdoors
- Standing, bending, lifting, and ladder use are typical of the job
- Required to wear protective equipment including CSA approved footwear
- Use of common hand and power tools.
- Installers work in groups
