Job Description: Meat Cutter

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cut various types of meat according to customer specifications
- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products to maintain freshness and quality
- Operate and maintain meat processing equipment, such as slicers, grinders, and saws
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and rotating products as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with special requests

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a meat cutter or butcher preferred
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation methods
- Ability to use meat processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills

**Salary**: $15.12-$21.74 per hour
